yes u can study while earning too, ie,there are programme offers evening classes for working people. ... The IT field has a good future in Dubai.foreign language educators are there. Network administrators and support professionals field beter for Canada.

I wouldn't consider Linux a career field; it's an operating system which few businesses actually use. Anyway, I'm sure the IT industry is thriving in Dubai. English is widely spoken by practically everyone, but it would be a great oppurtunity to learn Arabic (the country's official language). You could also learn Hindustani and other languages brought to the UAE by immigrants, as well.
