2800 is very low and definitely not what an engineer deserves (even without MBA). Renting a place in Dubai is a pain in the neck. To give you an idea, if you go for sharing a room (not flat) with one person, it will easily cost you 1200-1500 AED. With this kind of salary, you won't have any savings unless you are prepared to stay in bedspace (where you can even end up in a room being shared by 12 persons!!) which would cost you may be 500 AED. If you are a kind of guy who is willing to make compromises initially and don't have to provide support to your family back home then you can go for it but be prepared to have a tough life. In my opinion, even for a single person, you should get at least 4000-5000AED min (to begin with)

Very low salary. In dubai house is so expensive . otherwise u will wast around 800 just for 1 bed space in a room with other 4 whitch is not good for ur salary also the life is so expensive here . Dont accept it

Also when Dhs 2.800 are more than 15K INR, it's not enough at all for a decent life in Dubai and a joke for a full time job in your profession. Our so called "coffee boy" makes 3.600 + benefits. I do not know what you mean by "convenience", but when accommodation is meant by that, it may be just a bed space in a shared room with others. A room without any privacy shared with strangers. Is that what you went to college for? By insurance provided, I assume you are talking about health care. Please be aware, that this offered health care will only cover basics without the opportunity to visit a doc of your choice. I am quite sure that you are suppose to sign a limited contract for 2 or 3 years, which means you will be stuck to a very low lifestyle for a couple years. I have to leave it up to you what to do or not, but there should be a better offer than this one. Please visit the link giving below, do some maths and think twice. http://www.dubaifaqs.com/cost-of-living-in-dubai.php Take care.

Bad Salary. You will regret coming here with that salary. Why is your Indian salary so low?? Are you a fresher? All the Indian MBAs I know earn nothing less than RS 40k and at starting! (thats in Mumbai of course) Search harder. Maybe you simply need a new or you're seriously underpaid.

No. It̢۪s a very very low salary. Especially if your accommodation i not provided by the company. On the other hand, I guess its a bad time to come here, as all Indians in our company and around are moving back to India (all levels, managers through labors). With all due respect, the market here has got some negative feeling about Indians now.
