I think it is you yourself who is in this situation. If so, I think you should not go for the minimum, but for a maximum, and ask something reasonable about the average. As for this question, you are sure to get a very late answer. So, better go and ask somebody who is already into the same service industry. He or she will be able to give you a better idea. I think that minimum should be 5000$. But do not ask for the minimum
