They some emirati are bad and molests other workers like indian and filipino. How often does it happen? I want to work in dubai but it seems so hard to imagine myself with these people who could probably abuse me.

I've heard and seen for myself the horrors. For one, if you're driving and a Dubai citizen cuts you off and hits your car...and you try calling the police, I guarentee you that you will be arrested. There is just so much of inequality even if you lead a complete expat lifestyle away from the locals you are still under the same laws. Not worth the money!
