Im working here in qatar as an accountant. Next year my contract will end. Im planning to go in dubai to visit my girlfriend but im planning also to find a work there at the same time. Do I need to Acquire visit visa first to enter dubai if im planning to work there? or My entry visa of 30 days can also be possible that i could find there a job? Whats the best thing I should do?

Hi dear, well for ur information ur 30day visa is ur visit visa, which u could extend for another 30 days by paying some gov. fees. U cann't work legally on this visa unless it's an employee visa, but u could search for the job while ur stay here and make interviews.i wish and i am sure u'll get. wish u all the best and nice to hear u r coming here just to c ur gf.

Look at recruitment agencies online for a suitable job in advance. If you find something and get hired you will enter the UAE on an employment entry instead a visit visa. In this case your future employer will take care of the whole visa procedere and bear all the costs. The only thing you have to do when here is you'll have to take a blood test. The best place to find any job is through someone you know and face to face. If you go on a visit visa you should go knocking on doors, asking your girlfriend and her friends, showing your face in companies and passing out your resume. Headhunters are fine but they usually take time and take your money. If you find a job there you might have to leave until your work visa goes through, otherwise the company hiring you can help you get an extension on your visit visa until your work visa is ready.
