visiting dubai for first time from ny. was wondering will my blowdryer and other electronic stuff work there ? if not what would i need to buy for it to work there. adaptor?

In the UAE 220 V (not compatible with the US) is used. Just buy a traveler's adapter set at Walmart for a couple bucks. I do the same when traveling to the USA

Just buy an adapter with three prongs to which you will plug in your blow dryer.
