Tough one grandpa... UAE does not accept and issue working visa to people over 60 years old UNLESS you're an investor.

Normaly I like the answers giving by the answerer above, but this time........... Please visit the following link regarding people your age working in the UAE: http://www.gulfnews.com/uaessentials/residentsguide/working_life/10118163.html Also look at this link providing you with all reputated recruitment agencies in the UAE: http://www.startpagedubai.com/jobs.htm I hired a 63 year old consultant and the only "problem" I was running into was to get her a local health insurance. Most health insurances in the UAE do not want to insure people over 65 years old, which is mandatory in Abu Dhabi. Dubai did not reach the mandatory health insurance paid by the employer yet. Anyway, if you are experiened and find a suitable job offer, age is not a problem at all. I rather hire an experienced person who costs me more than a young one without experience. It all depends on the company's demand. Good luck and all the best.
