im traveling to atlanta and i want to buy iphone4 from there. will it work in dubai some people say u must jailbreak ? is there another way? is there iphone4 for international use?

No there is a lock on iphones, blackberry's u get from Canada and USA. You have to go unlock it, its not that hard as u think u just ask one of the providers to unlock it for u and u only pay $5 - $30 not much its pretty good so no worries. hope it helps
