there is no such thing as transferable visa here. it all depends on the situation , ur service period and ur position if u can transfer ur job or not

Look online for a suitable job opening, apply, hopefully get shortlisted, interviewed and hired. In this case you'll receive an employment visa and later a residence visa. After staying with your company for at least one year on an unlimited contract, you can think about transferring sponsorship. But - that's a different story. Get a job first and then go from there.
